And Yaakov vowed a vow, saying, If Elohim will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on,


I will pay my vows unto YY now in the presence of all his people.


How he sware unto YY , and vowed unto the mighty Elohim of Yaakov;


If any man love not the Lord Y'shuw`a HaMoshiach, let him be accursed. YY comes!


Thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword.


And thou shalt gather all the spoil of it into the midst of the street thereof, and shalt burn with fire the city, and all the spoil thereof every whit, for YY thy Elohim: and it shall be an heap for ever; it shall not be built again.


But of the cities of these people, which YY thy Elohim doth give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth:


And when YY thy Elohim shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them:


And the city shall be accursed, even it, and all that are therein, to YY : only RAchav the harlot shall live, she and all that are with her in the house, because she hid the messengers that we sent.


And Y'howshu`a adjured them at that time, saying, Cursed be the man before YY , that riseth up and buildeth this city Yericho: he shall lay the foundation thereof in his firstborn, and in his youngest son shall he set up the gates of it.


And Yiftach vowed a vow unto YY , and said, If thou shalt without fail deliver the children of Ammon into mine hands,


And she vowed a vow, and said, O YY -TZvaot, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto YY all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.
