And blessed be the El Elyon, which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand. And he gave him tithes of all.


And it shall come to pass in the increase, that ye shall give the fifth part unto Pharaoh, and four parts shall be your own, for seed of the field, and for your food, and for them of your households, and for food for your little ones.


And Yosef made it a Torah over the land of Egypt unto this day, that Pharaoh should have the fifth part, except the land of the kohanim only, which became not Pharaoh's.


And brought in the offerings and the tithes and the dedicated things faithfully: over which Cononiah the Levi was ruler, and Shimei his brother was the next.


They clave to their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in Elohim's Torah, which was given by Moshe the servant of Elohim, and to observe and do all The Commandments of YY our YY , and his judgments and his statutes;


And that we should bring the firstfruits of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, of wine and of oil, unto the kohanim, to the chambers of the house of our Elohim; and the tithes of our ground unto the Lvim, that the same Lvim might have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage.


And the kohen the son of Aharon shall be with the Lvim, when the Lvim take tithes: and the Lvim shall bring up the tithe of the tithes unto the house of our Elohim, to the chambers, into the treasure house.


And at that time were some appointed over the chambers for the treasures, for the offerings, for the firstfruits, and for the tithes, to gather into them out of the fields of the cities the portions of the Torah for the kohanim and Lvim: for Yhudah rejoiced for the kohanim and for the Lvim that waited.


And all Yisrael in the days of Zrubavel, and in the days of Nechemyah, gave the portions of the singers and the porters, every day his portion: and they sanctified holy things unto the Lvim; and the Lvim sanctified them unto the children of Aharon.


Then brought all Yhudah the tithe of the corn and the new wine and the oil unto the treasuries.


And he had prepared for him a great chamber, where aforetime they laid the meat offerings, the frankincense, and the vessels, and the tithes of the corn, the new wine, and the oil, which was Commanded to be given to the Lvim, and the singers, and the porters; and the offerings of the kohanim.


And ye shall know that I have sent THis Commandment unto you, that my covenant might be with Levi, saith YY -TZvaot.


Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith YY -TZvaot, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.


And I, behold, I have taken your brethren the Lvim from among the children of Yisrael: to you they are given as a gift for YY , to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation.


Bring the tribe of Levi near, and present them before Aharon the kohen, that they may minister unto him.


And levy a tribute unto YY of the men of war which went out to battle: one soul of five hundred, both of the persons, and of the beeves, and of the asses, and of the sheep:


Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.


They shall have like portions to eat, beside that which cometh of the sale of his patrimony.


And verily they that are of the sons of Levi, who receive the office of the kehunnath, have a Commandment to take tithes of the people according to the Torah, that is, of their brethren, though they come out of the loins of Avraham:
