They gather themselves together, they hide themselves, they mark my steps, when they wait for my soul.


But I was like a lamb or an ox that is brought to the slaughter; and I knew not that they had devised devices against me, saying, Let us destroy the tree with the fruit thereof, and let us cut him off from the land of the living, that his name may be no more remembered.


But if ye will not hearken unto me to hallow the Sabbath day, and not to bear a burden, even entering in at the gates of Yerushalayim on the Sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Yerushalayim, and it shall not be quenched.


Now Kefa sat without in the palace: and a damsel came unto him, saying, Thou also wast with Y'shuw`a of Galil.


Then the soldiers of the governor took Y'shuw`a into the common hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers.


And Kefa followed him afar off, even into the palace of kohen hagadol: and he sat with the servants, and warmed himself at the fire.


And as Kefa was beneath in the palace, there cometh one of the maids of kohen hagadol:


And the soldiers led him away into the hall, called Praetorium; and they call together the whole band.


And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the hall, and were set down together, Kefa sat down among them.


Anan and Kayafas being the high kohanim, the word of Elohim came unto Yochanan the son of Zkharyah in the wilderness.


Now both the chief kohanim and the Prushim had given a commandment, that, if any man knew where he were, he should shew it, that they might take him.


Now Anan had sent him bound unto Kayafa kohen hagadol.


Then led they Y'shuw`a from Kayafa unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the Passover.
