He said to them, *Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?* They said to him, *No, we haven't even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.*


He said, *How can I, unless someone explains it to me?* He begged Philip to come up and sit with him.


through whom we received grace and the office of emissary, for obedience of faith among all the nations, for his name's sake;


He came and preached shalom to you who were far off and to those who were near.


if indeed you heard him, and were taught in him, even as truth is in Yeshua:


Neither is it beyond the sea, that you should say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it to us, and make us to hear it, that we may do it?


But the Lord stood by me, and strengthened me, that through me the message might be fully proclaimed, and that all the Gentiles might hear; and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.


but in his own time revealed his word in the message with which I was entrusted according to the mitzvah of God our Savior;


Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.


and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
