The sons of Ya`akov came in from the field when they heard it. The men were grieved, and they were very angry, because he had done folly in Yisra'el in lying with Ya`akov's daughter; a which thing ought not to be done.


But there is forgiveness with you, therefore you are feared.


The LORD will give strength to his people. The LORD will bless his people with shalom.


*Gather my holy ones together to me, those who have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.*


A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver.


Though you grind a fool in a mortar with a pestle along with grain, yet his foolishness will not be removed from him.


I create the fruit of the lips: Shalom, shalom, to him who is far off and to him who is near, says the LORD; and I will heal him.


I will stand at my watch, and set myself on the ramparts, and will look out to see what he will say to me, and what I will answer concerning my complaint.


'The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,' says the LORD of Armies; 'and in this place will I give shalom,' says the LORD of Armies.*


I will cut off the chariot from Efrayim, and the horse from Yerushalayim; and the battle bow will be cut off; and he will speak shalom to the nations: and his dominion will be from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth.


Shalom I leave with you. My shalom I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.


When therefore it was evening, on that day, the first day of the week, and when the doors were locked where the talmidim were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Yeshua came and stood in the midst, and said to them, *Shalom be to you.*


After eight days again his talmidim were inside, and T'oma was with them. Yeshua came, the doors being locked, and stood in the midst, and said, *Shalom be to you.*


Afterward Yeshua found him in the temple, and said to him, *Behold, you are made well. Sin no more, so that nothing worse happens to you.*


She said, *No one, Lord.* Yeshua said, *Neither do I condemn you. Go your way. From now on, sin no more.*


The word which he sent to the children of Yisra'el, preaching good news of shalom by Yeshua the Messiah--he is Lord of all--


God, having raised up his servant, Yeshua, sent him to you first, to bless you, in turning away everyone of you from your wickedness.*


But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, why do you turn back again to the weak and miserable elemental principles, to which you desire to be in bondage all over again?


He came and preached shalom to you who were far off and to those who were near.


Now may the Lord of shalom himself give you shalom at all times in all ways. The Lord be with you all.


However God's firm foundation stands, having this seal, *The Lord knows those who are his,* and, *Let every one who names the name of the Lord depart from unrighteousness.*


See that you don't refuse him who speaks. For if they didn't escape when they refused him who warned on the Earth, how much more will we not escape who turn away from him who warns from heaven,


As many as I love, I reprove and chasten. Be zealous therefore, and repent.


Please don't let my lord regard this worthless fellow, even Naval; for as his name is, so is he; Naval is his name, and folly is with him: but I your handmaid didn't see the young men of my lord, whom you did send.
