*Because of the oppression of the weak and because of the groaning of the needy, I will now arise,* says the LORD; *I will set him in safety from those who malign him.*


You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.


You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil. My cup runs over.


Your God has commanded your strength. Strengthen, God, that which you have done for us.


The LORD, you will ordain shalom for us, for you have also worked all our works for us.


The the LORD's ransomed ones will return, and come with singing to Tziyon; and everlasting joy will be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.*


For from of old men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither has the eye seen a God besides you, who works for him who waits for him.


Surely there is no enchantment with Ya`akov; Neither is there any divination with Yisra'el. Now it shall be said of Ya`akov and of Yisra'el, What has God done!


But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his works may be revealed, that they have been done in God.*


All the multitude kept silence, and they listened to Bar-Nabba and Sha'ul reporting what signs and wonders God had done among the nations through them.


See then the goodness and severity of God. Toward those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in his goodness; otherwise you also will be cut off.


But as it is written, *Things which an eye didn't see, and an ear didn't hear, which didn't enter into the heart of man, these God has prepared for those who love him.*


Now he who made us for this very thing is God, who also gave to us the down payment of the Spirit.


For you both had compassion on me in my chains, and joyfully accepted the plundering of your possessions, knowing that you have for yourselves a better possession and an enduring one in the heavens.


Listen, my beloved brothers. Didn't God choose those who are poor in this world to be rich in faith, and heirs of the Kingdom which he promised to those who love him?
