There was a famine in the days of David three years, year after year; and David sought the face of the LORD. The LORD said, It is for Sha'ul, and for his bloody house, because he put to death the Giv`onim.


Surely goodness and loving kindness shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the LORD's house forever.


I will wash my hands in innocence, so I will go about your altar, LORD;


LORD, I love the habitation of your house, the place where your glory dwells.


When you said, *Seek my face,* my heart said to you, *I will seek your face, LORD.*


Out of Tziyon, the perfection of beauty, God shines forth.


Blessed is one whom you choose, and cause to come near, that he may live in your courts. We will be filled with the goodness of your house, your holy temple.


For a day in your courts is better than a thousand. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.


Blessed are those who dwell in your house. They are always praising you. Selah.
