Chaza'el said, But what is your servant, who is but a dog, that he should do this great thing? Elisha answered, the LORD has shown me that you shall be king over Syria.


To man he said, 'Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom. To depart from evil is understanding.'*


to deliver you from the way of evil, from the men who speak perverse things;


Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him.


Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding.


Don't be wise in your own eyes. Fear the LORD, and depart from evil.


The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it?


because the mind of the flesh is hostile towards God; for it is not subject to God's law, neither indeed can it be.


From infancy, you have known the sacred writings which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith, which is in Messiah Yeshua.


But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.
