According to all that I show you, the pattern of the tent, and the pattern of all of its furniture, even so you shall make it.


You shall set up the tent according to the way that it was shown to you on the mountain.


He made two Keruvim of gold. He made them of beaten work, at the two ends of the mercy seat;


Aharon did so. He lit its lamps to light the area in front of the menorah, as the LORD commanded Moshe.


The LORD spoke to Moshe, saying,


who serve a copy and shadow of the heavenly things, even as Moshe was warned by God when he was about to make the tabernacle, for he said, *See, you shall make everything according to the pattern that was shown to you on the mountain.*


It was necessary therefore that the copies of the things in the heavens should be cleansed with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.
