The LORD smelled the sweet savor. The LORD said in his heart, *I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake, because the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I ever again strike everything living, as I have done.


therefore you shall with all diligence buy with this money bulls, rams, lambs, with their meal offerings and their drink offerings, and shall offer them on the altar of the house of your God which is in Yerushalayim.


With a free will offering, I will sacrifice to you. I will give thanks to your name, LORD, for it is good.


You shall burn the whole ram on the altar: it is a burnt offering to the LORD; it is a sweet savor, an offering made by fire to the LORD.


You shall take them from their hands, and burn them on the altar on the burnt offering, for a sweet savor before the LORD: it is an offering made by fire to the LORD.


The other lamb you shall offer at evening, and shall do to it according to the meal offering of the morning, and according to its drink offering, for a sweet savor, an offering made by fire to the LORD.


and you shall eat it in a holy place, because it is your portion, and your sons' portion, of the offerings of the LORD made by fire: for so I am commanded.

For we are a sweet aroma of Messiah to God, in those who are saved, and in those who perish;


to the one a stench from death to death; to the other a sweet aroma from life to life. Who is sufficient for these things?


Walk in love, even as Messiah also loved you, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance.
