The stone which the builders rejected has become the head of the corner.


He was despised, and rejected by men; a man of suffering, and acquainted with disease: and as one from whom men hide their face he was despised; and we didn't respect him.


After two days he will revive us. On the third day he will raise us up, and we will live before him.


The LORD prepared a great fish to swallow up Yonah, and Yonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.

But first, he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.


Didn't the Messiah have to suffer these things and to enter into his glory?*


He said to them, *This is what I told you, while I was still with you, that all things which are written in the Torah of Moshe, the prophets, and the psalms, concerning me must be fulfilled.*


He who rejects me, and doesn't receive my sayings, has one who judges him. The word that I spoke, the same will judge him in the last day.
