I will take the cup of salvation, and call on the name of the LORD.


You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil. My cup runs over.


neither shall men break [bread] for them in mourning, to comfort them for the dead; neither shall men give them the cup of consolation to drink for their father or for their mother.


He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass; and he took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, broke and gave the loaves to the talmidim, and the talmidim gave to the multitudes.


and he took the seven loaves and the fish. He gave thanks and broke them, and gave to the talmidim, and the talmidim to the multitudes.

He who observes the day, observes it to the Lord; and he who does not observe the day, to the Lord he does not observe it. He who eats, eats to the Lord, for he gives God thanks. He who doesn't eat, to the Lord he doesn't eat, and gives God thanks.


The cup of blessing which we bless, isn't it a communion of the blood of Messiah? The bread which we break, isn't it a communion of the body of Messiah?


For I received from the Lord that which also I delivered to you, that the Lord Yeshua on the night in which he was betrayed took bread.


You shall eat and be full, and you shall bless the LORD your God for the good land which he has given you.


as soon as you are come into the city, you shall immediately find him, before he goes up to the high place to eat; for the people will not eat until he come, because he does bless the sacrifice; [and] afterwards they eat who are invited.
