*This is the thing that you shall do to them to make them holy, to minister to me in the Kohen's office: take one young bull and two rams without blemish,


In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth day of the month, the word of the LORD came to me, saying,


*'If his offering is from the flock, from the sheep, or from the goats, for a burnt offering, he shall offer a male without blemish.


*'If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer a male without blemish. He shall offer it at the door of the Tent of Meeting, that he may be accepted before the LORD.


*Herewith shall Aharon come into the sanctuary: with a young bull for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering.


He shall take from the congregation of the children of Yisra'el two male goats for a sin offering, and one ram for a burnt offering.


if the anointed Kohen sins so as to bring guilt on the people, then let him offer for his sin, which he has sinned, a young bull without blemish to the LORD for a sin offering.


He brought the bull of the sin offering, and Aharon and his sons laid their hands on the head of the bull of the sin offering.


He presented the ram of the burnt offering: and Aharon and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram.

For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.


Because of this, he must offer sacrifices for sins for the people, as well as for himself.


who doesn't need, like those Kohenim Gedolim, to offer up sacrifices daily, first for his own sins, and then for the sins of the people. For he did this once for all, when he offered up himself.
