Then Chizkiyahu answered, Now you have consecrated yourselves to the LORD; come near and bring sacrifices and thank offerings into the house of the LORD. The assembly brought in sacrifices and thank offerings; and as many as were of a willing heart [brought] burnt offerings.


He built up the altar of the LORD, and offered thereon sacrifices of shalom offerings and of thanksgiving, and commanded Yehudah to serve the LORD, the God of Yisra'el.


They offered great sacrifices that day, and rejoiced; for God had made them rejoice with great joy; and the women also and the children rejoiced: so that the joy of Yerushalayim was heard even afar off.


Let them praise the LORD for his loving kindness, for his wonderful works to the children of men!


I will offer to you the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call on the name of the LORD.


Whoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me, and prepares his way so that I will show God's salvation to him.*

*When you sacrifice a sacrifice of thanksgiving to the LORD, you shall sacrifice it so that you may be accepted.
