and one lamb of the flock, out of two hundred, from the well-watered pastures of Yisra'el--for a meal offering, and for a burnt offering, and for shalom offerings, to make atonement for them, says the Lord GOD.


Behold, its blood was not brought into the inner part of the sanctuary: you certainly should have eaten it in the sanctuary, as I commanded.*


The LORD spoke to Moshe, saying,


This shall be your of the most holy things, [reserved] from the fire: every offering of theirs, even every meal offering of theirs, and every sin offering of theirs, and every trespass offering of theirs, which they shall render to me, shall be most holy for you and for your sons.


For the bodies of those animals, whose blood is brought into the holy place by the Kohen Gadol as an offering for sin, are burned outside of the camp.
