Therefore thus says the Lord GOD, *Behold, I lay in Tziyon for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious cornerstone of a sure foundation. He who believes shall not act hastily.


He will not shout, nor raise his voice, nor cause it to be heard in the street.


He will not strive, nor shout; neither will anyone hear his voice in the streets.


Behold, I send forth the promise of my Father on you. But wait in the city of Yerushalayim until you are clothed with power from on high.*


He said to them, *It isn't for you to know times or seasons which the Father has set within His own authority.


So he caused the ark of the LORD to compass the city, going about it once: and they came into the camp, and lodged in the camp.


The armed men went before the Kohanim who blew the trumpets, and the rearward went after the ark, [the Kohanim] blowing the trumpets as they went.
