Eliyahu took his mantle, and wrapped it together, and struck the waters, and they were divided here and there, so that they two went over on dry ground.


He turned the sea into dry land. They went through the river on foot. There, we rejoiced in him.


Moshe stretched out his hand over the sea, and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all the night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.


The children of Yisra'el went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand, and on their left.


But the children of Yisra'el walked on dry land in the midst of the sea, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand, and on their left.


He has swallowed up death forever! The Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces. He will take the reproach of his people away from off all the earth, for the LORD has spoken it.


Speak to the children of Yisra'el, and tell them, When you pass over the Yarden into the land of Kena`an,


By faith, they passed through the Red sea as on dry land. When the Egyptians tried to do so, they were swallowed up.


It happened, when all the nation were clean passed over the Yarden, that the LORD spoke to Yehoshua, saying,


For the Kohanim who bore the ark stood in the midst of the Yarden, until everything was finished that the LORD commanded Yehoshua to speak to the people, according to all that Moshe commanded Yehoshua: and the people hurried and passed over.


It happened, when all the people had completely passed over, that the ark of the LORD passed over, with the Kohanim, in the presence of the people.


Then you shall let your children know, saying, Yisra'el came over this Yarden on dry land.


and command you them, saying, Take hence out of the midst of the Yarden, out of the place where the Kohanim' feet stood firm, twelve stones, and carry them over with you, and lay them down in the lodging place, where you shall lodge this night.


It happened, when all the kings of the Amori, who were beyond the Yarden westward, and all the kings of the Kena`anim, who were by the sea, heard how that the LORD had dried up the waters of the Yarden from before the children of Yisra'el, until we were passed over, that their heart melted, neither was there spirit in them any more, because of the children of Yisra'el.
