David did so, as the LORD commanded him, and struck the Pelishtim from Geva until you come to Gezer.


It happened after this, that there arose war at Gezer with the Pelishtim: then Sibbekhai the Chushatite killed Sippai, of the sons of the Rafa; and they were subdued.


They gave to them the cities of refuge, Shekhem in the hill country of Efrayim with its suburbs; Gezer also with its suburbs,


and the LORD delivered Lakhish into the hand of Yisra'el; and he took it on the second day, and struck it with the edge of the sword, and all the souls who were therein, according to all that he had done to Livna.


Yehoshua passed from Lakhish, and all Yisra'el with him, to `Eglon; and they encamped against it, and fought against it;


the king of `Eglon, one; the king of Gezer, one;


They didn't drive out the Kena`anim who lived in Gezer: but the Kena`anim dwell in the midst of Efrayim to this day, and are become servants to do forced labor.


and it went down westward to the border of the Yafleti, to the border of Beit-Choron the lower, even to Gezer; and the goings out of it were at the sea.


They gave them Shekhem with its suburbs in the hill country of Efrayim, the city of refuge for the manslayer, and Gezer with its suburbs,


Efrayim didn't drive out the Kena`anim who lived in Gezer; but the Kena`anim lived in Gezer among them.
