God created the large sea creatures, and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarmed, after their kind, and every winged bird after its kind. God saw that it was good.


God made the animals of the earth after their kind, and the livestock after their kind, and everything that creeps on the ground after its kind. God saw that it was good.


The tents of robbers prosper. Those who provoke God are secure, who carry their God in their hands.


Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach you. The fish of the sea shall declare to you.


Shall they not teach you, tell you, and utter words out of their heart?


*There are four things which are little on the earth, but they are exceedingly wise:


Go to the ant, you sluggard. Consider her ways, and be wise;


The ox knows his owner, and the donkey his master's crib; but Yisra'el doesn't know, my people don't consider.


Yes, the khasidah in the sky knows her appointed times; and the turtledove and the swallow and the crane observe the time of their coming; but my people don't know the LORD's law.
