Only know for certain that, if you put me to death, you will bring innocent blood on yourselves, and on this city, and on the inhabitants of it; for of a truth the LORD has sent me to you to speak all these words in your ears.


Thus says the LORD: Stand in the court of the LORD's house, and speak to all the cities of Yehudah, which come to worship in the LORD's house, all the words that I command you to speak to them; don't diminish a word.


It shall be, when they tell you, Why do you sigh? that you shall say, Because of the news, for it comes; and every heart shall melt, and all hands shall be feeble, and every spirit shall faint, and all knees shall be weak as water: behold, it comes, and it shall be done, says the Lord GOD.


The lion has roared. Who will not fear? The Lord GOD has spoken. Who can but prophesy?


But Kefa and Yochanan answered them, *Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you rather than to God, judge for yourselves,
