Kayin went out from the LORD's presence, and lived in the land of Nod, east of `Eden.


I, even I, do bring the flood of waters on this earth, to destroy all flesh having the breath of life from under the sky. Everything that is in the earth will die.


The LORD said, I will remove Yehudah also out of my sight, as I have removed Yisra'el, and I will cast off this city which I have chosen, even Yerushalayim, and the house of which I said, My name shall be there.


Don't throw me from your presence, and don't take your holy Spirit from me.


Whoever despises instruction will pay for it, but he who respects a command will be rewarded.


I, even I, have spoken; yes, I have called him; I have brought him, and he shall make his way prosperous.


I, even I, am he who comforts you: who are you, that you are afraid of man who shall die, and of the son of man who shall be made as grass;


I have forsaken my house, I have cast off my heritage; I have given the dearly beloved of my soul into the hand of her enemies.


When this people, or the prophet, or a Kohen, shall ask you, saying, What is the burden of the LORD? then shall you tell them, What burden! I will cast you off, says the LORD.


But if you say, The burden of the LORD; therefore thus says the LORD: Because you say this word, The burden of the LORD, and I have sent to you, saying, You shall not say, The burden of the LORD;


therefore thus says the LORD, the God Tzeva'ot, the God of Yisra'el: Behold, I will bring on Yehudah and on all the inhabitants of Yerushalayim all the evil that I have pronounced against them; because I have spoken to them, but they have not heard; and I have called to them, but they have not answered.


I will punish him and his seed and his servants for their iniquity; and I will bring on them, and on the inhabitants of Yerushalayim, and on the men of Yehudah, all the evil that I have pronounced against them, but they didn't listen.


For through the anger of the LORD did it happen in Yerushalayim and Yehudah, until he had cast them out from his presence. Tzidkiyahu rebelled against the king of Bavel.


therefore will I do to the house which is called by my name, in which you trust, and to the place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I did to Shiloh.


I will cast you out of my sight, as I have cast out all your brothers, even the whole seed of Efrayim.


Why do you forget us forever, [And] forsake us so long time?


For thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I myself, even I, will search for my sheep, and will seek them out.


Therefore thus says the Lord GOD to them: Behold, I, even I, will judge between the fat sheep and the lean sheep.


therefore thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I, even I, am against you; and I will execute judgments in the midst of you in the sight of the nations.


and say, You mountains of Yisra'el, hear the word of the Lord GOD: Thus says the Lord GOD to the mountains and to the hills, to the watercourses and to the valleys: Behold, I, even I, will bring a sword on you, and I will destroy your high places.


Therefore will I also deal in wrath; my eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity; and though they cry in my ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them.


kill utterly the old man, the young man and the virgin, and little children and women; but don't come near any man on whom is the mark: and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the old men that were before the house.


My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, that you may be no Kohen to me. Because you have forgotten your God's law, I will also forget your children.


For I will be to Efrayim like a lion, and like a young lion to the house of Yehudah. I myself will tear in pieces and go away. I will carry off, and there will be no one to deliver.


then I will walk contrary to you in wrath; and I also will chastise you seven times for your sins.


Then he will say also to those on the left hand, 'Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire which is prepared for the devil and his angels;


See now that I, even I, am he, There is no god with me. I kill, and I make alive. I wound, and I heal. There is no one who can deliver out of my hand.


who will pay the penalty: eternal destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might,
