You did establish to yourself your people Yisra'el to be a people to you forever; and you, LORD, became their God.


This also shall be my salvation, that a godless man shall not come before him.


His heart is established. He will not be afraid in the end when he sees his adversaries.


The LORD is my strength and song. He has become my yeshu`ah.


I will give thanks to you, for you have answered me, and have become my yeshu`ah.


Who by his power forms the mountains, having armed yourself with strength;


God is to us a God of deliverance. To the LORD, the Lord, belongs escape from death.


But God will strike through the head of his enemies, the hairy scalp of such a one as still continues in his guiltiness.


that they may know that you alone, whose name is the LORD, are the Elyon over all the earth.


The LORD is my strength and song. He has become my yeshu`ah. This is my God, and I will praise him; my father's God, and I will exalt him.


Therefore the Lord, the LORD of Armies, says *My people who dwell in Tziyon, don't be afraid of the Ashur, though he strike you with the rod, and lift up his staff against you, as Egypt did.


For you have forgotten the God of your yeshu`ah, and have not remembered the rock of your strength. Therefore you plant pleasant plants, and set out foreign seedlings.


Or else let him take hold of my strength, that he may make shalom with me. Let him make shalom with me.*


A man shall be as a hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the storm, as streams of water in a dry place, as the shade of a large rock in a weary land.


For the LORD is our judge. The LORD is our lawgiver. The LORD is our king. He will save us.


The LORD will save me. Therefore we will sing my songs with stringed instruments all the days of our life in the house of the LORD.


[But] Yisra'el shall be saved by the LORD with an everlasting salvation: you shall not be disappointed nor confounded world without end.


Now says the LORD who formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Ya`akov again to him, and that Yisra'el be gathered to him (for I am honorable in the eyes of the LORD, and my God is become my strength);


Who is among you who fears the LORD, who obeys the voice of his servant? He who walks in darkness, and has no light, let him trust in the name of the LORD, and rely on his God.


I, even I, am he who comforts you: who are you, that you are afraid of man who shall die, and of the son of man who shall be made as grass;


I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation, he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.


Behold, the LORD has proclaimed to the end of the earth, Say you to the daughter of Tziyon, Behold, your yeshu`ah comes; behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him.


But be you glad and rejoice forever in that which I create; for, behold, I create Yerushalayim a rejoicing, and her people a joy.


Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin will conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanu'el.


In his days Yehudah shall be saved, and Yisra'el shall dwell safely; and this is his name by which he shall be called: the LORD our righteousness.


Truly in vain is [the help that is looked for] from the hills, the tumult on the mountains: truly in the LORD our God is the salvation of Yisra'el.


Nevukhadnetzar 1 spoke and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrakh, Meshakh, and `Aved-Nego, who has sent his angel, and delivered his servants who trusted in him, and have changed the king's word, and have yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.


But I will have mercy on the house of Yehudah, and will save them by the LORD their God, and will not save them by bow, sword, battle, horses, or horsemen.*


*Be glad then, you children of Tziyon, and rejoice in the LORD, your God; for he gives you the former rain in just measure, and he causes the rain to come down for you, the former rain and the latter rain, as before.


But I will sacrifice to you with the voice of thanksgiving. I will pay that which I have vowed. Salvation belongs to the LORD.*


yet I will rejoice in the LORD. I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!


For I am not ashamed of the Good News of Messiah, for it is the power of God for salvation for everyone who believes; for the Jew first, and also for the Greek.


Without controversy, the mystery of godliness is great: God was revealed in the flesh, justified in the spirit, seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, and received up in glory.


They cried with a loud voice, saying, *Salvation be to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!*


Channah prayed, and said: My heart exults in the LORD! My horn is exalted in the LORD. My mouth is enlarged over my enemies, because I rejoice in your salvation.
