He blessed him, and said, *Blessed be Avram of El `Elyon, possessor of heaven and earth:


Ya`akov came to Yitzchak his father, to Mamre, to Kiryat-Arba (which is Chevron), where Avraham and Yitzchak lived as foreigners.


Ya`akov blessed Par`oh, and went out from the presence of Par`oh.


Par`oh said to Ya`akov, *How many are the days of the years of your life?*


Yo'av fell to the ground on his face, and did obeisance, and blessed the king: and Yo'av said, Today your servant knows that I have found favor in your sight, my lord, king, in that the king has performed the request of his servant.


All the people went over the Yarden, and the king went over: and the king kissed Barzillai, and blessed him; and he returned to his own place.
