Yitzchak answered Esav, *Behold, I have made him your lord, and all his brothers have I given to him for servants. With grain and new wine have I sustained him. What then will I do for you, my son?*


Yitzchak his father answered him, *Behold, of the fatness of the earth will be your dwelling, and of the dew of the sky from above.


Take your father and your households, and come to me, and I will give you the good of the land of Egypt, and you will eat the fat of the land.'


*Asher's food will be rich. He will yield royal dainties.


even by the God of your father, who will help you; by the Almighty, who will bless you, with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lies below, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb.

For how great is his goodness, and how great is his beauty! Grain will make the young men flourish, and new wine the virgins.


and what the land is, whether it is fat or lean, whether there is wood therein, or not. Be of good courage, and bring of the fruit of the land. Now the time was the time of the first-ripe grapes.

By faith, Yitzchak blessed Ya`akov and Esav, even concerning things to come.


For the children of Yisra'el walked forty years in the wilderness, until all the nation, even the men of war who came forth out of Egypt, were consumed, because they didn't listen to the voice of the LORD: to whom the LORD swore that he wouldn't let them see the land which the LORD swore to their fathers that he would give us, a land flowing with milk and honey.
