a very awesome God in the council of the holy ones, to be feared above all those who are around him?


You shall make them linen breeches to cover the flesh of their nakedness; from the waist even to the thighs they shall reach:


They shall be on Aharon, and on his sons, when they go in to the tent of meeting, or when they come near to the altar to minister in the holy place; that they don't bear iniquity, and die: it shall be a statute forever to him and to his descendants after him.


Guard your steps when you go to God's house; for to draw near to listen is better than to give the sacrifice of fools, for they don't know that they do evil.


The ledge shall be fourteen [cubits] long by fourteen broad in the four sides of it; and the border about it shall be half a cubit; and the bottom of it shall be a cubit round about; and the steps of it shall look toward the east.


Then Moshe said to Aharon, *This is what the LORD spoke of, saying, 'I will show myself holy to those who come near me, and before all the people I will be glorified.'* Aharon held his shalom.


because it is written, *You shall be holy; for I am holy.*
