Turn back, and tell Chizkiyahu the prince of my people, Thus says the LORD, the God of David your father, I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears: behold, I will heal you; on the third day you shall go up to the house of the LORD.


It happened, when the king of Yisra'el had read the letter, that he tore his clothes, and said, Am I God, to kill and to make alive, that this man does send to me to recover a man of his leprosy? but consider, I pray you, and see how he seeks a quarrel against me.


You are the LORD, even you alone; you have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their army, the earth and all things that are thereon, the seas and all that is in them, and you preserve them all; and the army of heaven worships you.


Yet you hid these things in your heart. I know that this is with you:


Although you know that I am not wicked, there is no one who can deliver out of your hand.


For he wounds, and binds up. He injures, and his hands make whole.


But you are the same. Your years will have no end.


The children of your servants will continue. Their seed will be established before you.*


For who is God, except the LORD? Who is a rock, besides our God,


*Now consider this, you who forget God, lest I tear you into pieces, and there be none to deliver.


Let me hear joy and gladness, That the bones which you have broken may rejoice.


God is to us a God of deliverance. To the LORD, the Lord, belongs escape from death.


For you are great, and do wondrous things. You are God alone.


and he said, *If you will diligently listen to the voice of the LORD your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his mitzvot, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am the LORD who heals you.*


He said, *Put your hand inside your cloak again.* He put his hand inside his cloak again, and when he took it out of his cloak, behold, it had turned again as his other flesh.


a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;


The LORD will strike Egypt, striking and healing. They will return to the LORD, and he will be entreated by them, and will heal them.


Moreover the light of the moon will be like the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will be seven times brighter, like the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD binds up the fracture of his people, and heals the wound they were struck with.


Who has worked and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I, the LORD, the first, and with the last, I am he.*


*You are my witnesses,* says the LORD, *With my servant whom I have chosen; that you may know and believe me, and understand that I am he. Before me there was no God formed, neither will there be after me.


I have declared, I have saved, and I have shown; and there was no strange god among you. Therefore you are my witnesses,* says the LORD, *and I am God.


Yes, since the day was I am he; and there is no one who can deliver out of my hand. I will work, and who can hinder it?*


For thus says the LORD who created the heavens, the God who formed the earth and made it, who established it and didn't create it a waste, who formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is no one else.


Look to me, and be you saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is none else.


I am the LORD, and there is none else; besides me there is no God. I will gird you, though you have not known me;


and even to old age I am he, and even to gray hairs will I carry you. I have made, and I will bear; yes, I will carry, and will deliver.


Listen to me, O Ya`akov, and Yisra'el my called: I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.


Therefore prophesy, and tell them, Thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, my people; and I will bring you into Eretz-Yisra'el.


He said to me, Son of man, can these bones live? I answered, Lord GOD, you know.


For I will be to Efrayim like a lion, and like a young lion to the house of Yehudah. I myself will tear in pieces and go away. I will carry off, and there will be no one to deliver.


*Come, and let us return to the LORD; for he has torn us to pieces, and he will heal us; he has injured us, and he will bind up our wounds.


The remnant of Ya`akov will be among the nations, in the midst of many peoples, like a lion among the animals of the forest, like a young lion among the flocks of sheep; who, if he goes through, treads down and tears in pieces, and there is no one to deliver.


I said therefore to you that you will die in your sins; for unless you believe that I AM he, you will die in your sins.*


The LORD alone led him. There was no foreign god with him.


To you it was shown, that you might know that the LORD he is God; there is none else besides him.


Know therefore that the LORD your God, he is God, the faithful God, who keeps covenant and loving kindness with them who love him and keep his mitzvot to a thousand generations,


As a mantle, you will roll them up, and they will be changed; but you are the same. Your years will not fail.*


saying, *What you see, write in a book and send to the seven assemblies: to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and to Laodicea.*


*To the angel of the assembly in Smyrna write: *The first and the last, who was dead, and has come to life says these things:


The LORD kills, and makes alive. He brings down to She'ol, and brings up.
