All the elders of Yisra'el came, and the Kohanim took up the ark.


and the statutes and the ordinances, and the law and the mitzvah, which he wrote for you, you shall observe to do forevermore; and you shall not fear other gods:


Then David said, None ought to carry the ark of God but the Levites: for them has the LORD chosen to carry the ark of God, and to minister to him forever.


Ezra the Kohen brought the law before the assembly, both men and women, and all who could hear with understanding, on the first day of the seventh month.


He read therein before the broad place that was before the water gate from early morning until midday, in the presence of the men and the women, and of those who could understand; and the ears of all the people were [attentive] to the scroll of the Torah.


Moshe wrote all the words of the LORD, and rose up early in the morning, and built an altar under the mountain, and twelve pillars for the twelve tribes of Yisra'el.


As it is written in the Torah of Moshe, all this evil is come on us: yet have we not entreated the favor of the LORD our God, that we should turn from our iniquities, and have discernment in your truth.


My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, that you may be no Kohen to me. Because you have forgotten your God's law, I will also forget your children.


For the Kohen's lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth; for he is the messenger of the LORD of Armies.


*Remember the Torah of Moshe my servant, which I commanded to him in Chorev for all Yisra'el, even statutes and ordinances.


Moshe wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the mitzvah of the LORD: and these are their journeys according to their goings out.


*When Aharon and his sons have finished covering the sanctuary, and all the furniture of the sanctuary, as the camp moves forward; after that, the sons of Kehat shall come to carry it: but they shall not touch the sanctuary, lest they die. These things are the burden of the sons of Kehat in the Tent of Meeting.


When the camp moves forward, Aharon shall go in, and his sons, and they shall take down the veil of the screen, and cover the ark of the Testimony with it,


and shall put a covering of sealskin on it, and shall spread over it a cloth all of blue, and shall put in its poles.


*Rabbi, Moshe wrote to us, 'If a man's brother dies, and leaves a wife behind him, and leaves no children, that his brother should take his wife, and raise up offspring for his brother.'


They asked him, *Rabbi, Moshe wrote to us that if a man's brother dies having a wife, and he is childless, his brother should take the wife, and raise up children for his brother.


For the Torah was given through Moshe. Grace and truth came through Yeshua the Messiah.


Philip found Natan'el, and said to him, *We have found him, of whom Moshe in the Torah, and the prophets, wrote: Yeshua of Natzeret, the son of Yosef.*


For if you believed Moshe, you would believe me; for he wrote about me.


At that time the LORD set apart the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of the LORD, to stand before the LORD to minister to him, and to bless in his name, to this day.


It shall be, when he sits on the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write him a copy of this law in a book, out of [that which is] before the Kohanim the Levites:


Assemble to me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to witness against them.


They shall teach Ya`akov your ordinances, and Yisra'el your law. They shall put incense before you, and whole burnt offering on your altar.


and they commanded the people, saying, When you see the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, and the Kohanim the Levites bearing it, then you shall remove from your place, and go after it.


Yehoshua rose early in the morning, and the Kohanim took up the ark of the LORD.
