and that whoever didn't come within three days, according to the counsel of the princes and the elders, all his substance should be forfeited, and himself separated from the assembly of the captivity.


Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins. Let them not have dominion over me. Then I will be upright. I will be blameless and innocent of great transgression.


When the mocker is punished, the simple gains wisdom. When the wise is instructed, he receives knowledge.


*Yet let no man bring a charge, neither let any man accuse; For your people are like those who bring charges against a Kohen.


*Thus says the LORD of Armies: 'If you will walk in my ways, and if you will keep my charge, then you also shall judge my house, and shall also keep my courts, and I will give you a place of access among these who stand by.


But the soul who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, the same blasphemes the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.


Because he has despised the word of the LORD, and has broken his mitzvah, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be on him.


Whoever doesn't receive you, nor hear your words, as you go out of that house or that city, shake off the dust from your feet.


Whoever listens to you listens to me, and whoever rejects you rejects me. Whoever rejects me rejects him who sent me.*


He who rejects me, and doesn't receive my sayings, has one who judges him. The word that I spoke, the same will judge him in the last day.


Whoever's sins you forgive, they are forgiven them. Whoever's sins you retain, they have been retained.*


But those who are outside, God judges. *Put away the wicked man from among yourselves.*


So I spoke to you, and you didn't listen; but you rebelled against the mitzvah of the LORD, and were presumptuous, and went up into the hill country.


At that time the LORD set apart the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of the LORD, to stand before the LORD to minister to him, and to bless in his name, to this day.


All Yisra'el shall hear, and fear, and shall not do any more such wickedness as this is in the midst of you.


That prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death, because he has spoken rebellion against the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to draw you aside out of the way which the LORD your God commanded you to walk in. So shall you put away the evil from the midst of you.


If your brother, the son of your mother, or your son, or your daughter, or the wife of your bosom, or your friend, who is as your own soul, entice you secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which you have not known, you, nor your fathers;


All the people shall hear, and fear, and do no more presumptuously.


The hand of the witnesses shall be first on him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people. So you shall put away the evil from the midst of you.


But the prophet, who shall speak a word presumptuously in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or who shall speak in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.


For the LORD your God has chosen him out of all your tribes, to stand to minister in the name of the LORD, him and his sons for ever.


then he shall minister in the name of the LORD his God, as all his brothers the Levites do, who stand there before the LORD.


For you know what charge we gave you through the Lord Yeshua.


Therefore he who rejects this doesn't reject man, but God, who has also given his Holy Spirit to you.


Those who sin, reprove in the sight of all, that the rest also may be in fear.


Whoever he be who shall rebel against your mitzvah, and shall not listen to your words in all that you command him, he shall be put to death: only be strong and of good courage.


Now therefore deliver up the men, the base fellows, who are in Gevah, that we may put them to death, and put away evil from Yisra'el. But Binyamin would not listen to the voice of their brothers the children of Yisra'el.


For I have told him that I will judge his house forever, for the iniquity which he knew, because his sons did bring a curse on themselves, and he didn't restrain them.
