Thus says Koresh king of Paras, All the kingdoms of the earth has the LORD, the God of heaven, given me; and he has charged me to build him a house in Yerushalayim, which is in Yehudah. Whoever there is among you of all his people, the LORD his God be with him, and let him go up.


Behold, I will stir up the Madai against them, who will not value silver, and as for gold, they will not delight in it.


A grievous vision is declared to me. The treacherous man deals treacherously, and the destroyer destroys. Go up, `Elam; attack! I have stopped all of Madai's sighing.


Therefore shall evil come on you; you shall not know the dawning of it: and mischief shall fall on you; you shall not be able to put it away: and desolation shall come on you suddenly, which you don't know.


I will bring on that land all my words which I have pronounced against it, even all that is written in this book, which Yirmeyahu has prophesied against all the nations.
