David said to Shlomo his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do it: don't be afraid, nor be dismayed; for the LORD God, even my God, is with you; he will not fail you, nor forsake you, until all the work for the service of the house of the LORD is finished.

You who love the LORD, hate evil. He preserves the souls of his holy ones. He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.

He who diligently seeks good seeks favor, but he who searches after evil, it shall come to him.


Why do you spend money for that which is not bread? and your labor for that which doesn't satisfy? listen diligently to me, and eat you that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.


Take counsel together, and it will be brought to nothing; speak the word, and it will not stand: for God is with us.*


Do two walk together, unless they have agreed?


Seek the LORD, and you will live; lest he break out like fire in the house of Yosef, and it devour, and there be no one to quench it in Beit-El.


Her leaders judge for bribes, and her Kohanim teach for a price, and her prophets of it tell fortunes for money: yet they lean on the LORD, and say, *Isn't the LORD in the midst of us? No disaster will come on us.*


He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does the LORD require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?


Seek the LORD, all you humble of the land, who have kept his ordinances. Seek righteousness. Seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden in the day of the LORD's anger.


and they assembled themselves together against Moshe and against Aharon, and said to them, You take too much on you, seeing all the congregation are holy, everyone of them, and the LORD is among them: why then lift yourselves up above the assembly of the LORD?

But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
