Moshe said to God, *Behold, when I come to the children of Yisra'el, and tell them, 'The God of your fathers has sent me to you;' and they ask me, 'What is his name?' What should I tell them?*


God said moreover to Moshe, *You shall tell the children of Yisra'el this, 'The LORD, the God of your fathers, the God of Avraham, the God of Yitzchak, and the God of Ya`akov, has sent me to you.' This is my name forever, and this is my memorial to all generations.


Moreover he said, *I am the God of your father, the God of Avraham, the God of Yitzchak, and the God of Ya`akov.* Moshe hid his face; for he was afraid to look at God.


All things have been delivered to me by my Father. No one knows the Son, except the Father; neither does anyone know the Father, except the Son, and he to whom the Son desires to reveal him.


and will hand him over to the Gentiles to mock, to scourge, and to crucify; and the third day he will be raised up.*


'I am the God of Avraham, and the God of Yitzchak, and the God of Ya`akov?' God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.*


and they bound him, and led him away, and delivered him up to Pontius Pilate, the governor.


Yeshua came to them and spoke to them, saying, *All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth.


But the chief Kohanim stirred up the multitude, that he should release Bar-Abba to them instead.


He denied Yeshua, saying, *Woman, I don't know him.*


Pilate said to the chief Kohanim and the multitudes, *I find no basis for a charge against this man.*


Don't judge, and you won't be judged. Don't condemn, and you won't be condemned. Set free, and you will be set free.


His talmidim didn't understand these things at first, but when Yeshua was glorified, then they remembered that these things were written about him, and that they had done these things to him.


Then they all shouted again, saying, *Not this man, but Bar-Abba!* Now Bar-Abba was a robber.


Yeshua answered, *You would have no power at all against me, unless it were given to you from above. Therefore he who delivered me to you has greater sin.*


At this, Pilate was seeking to release him, but the Judeans cried out, saying, *If you release this man, you aren't Caesar's friend! Everyone who makes himself a king speaks against Caesar!*


They cried out, *Away with him! Away with him! Crucify him!* Pilate said to them, *Shall I crucify your King?* The chief Kohanim answered, *We have no king but Caesar!*


But he said this about the Spirit, which those believing in him were to receive. For the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Yeshua wasn't yet glorified.


He said, 'The God of our fathers has appointed you to know his will, and to see the Righteous One, and to hear a voice from his mouth.


But this I confess to you, that after the Way, which they call a sect, so I serve the God of our fathers, believing all things which are according to the Torah, and which are written in the prophets;


When Kefa saw it, he responded to the people, *You men of Yisra'el, why do you marvel at this man? Why do you fasten your eyes on us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made him walk?


God, having raised up his servant, Yeshua, sent him to you first, to bless you, in turning away everyone of you from your wickedness.*


*For truly, in this city against your holy servant, Yeshua, whom you anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Yisra'el, were gathered together


while you stretch out your hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of your holy Servant Yeshua.*


'I am the God of your fathers, the God of Avraham, the God of Yitzchak, and the God of Ya`akov.' Moshe trembled, and dared not look.


of whom are the fathers, and from whom is Messiah as concerning the flesh, who is over all, God, blessed forever. Amein.


But we see him who has been made a little lower than the angels, Yeshua, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that by the grace of God he should taste of death for everyone.


and the Living one. I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amein. I have the keys of Death and of She'ol.


and from Yeshua the Messiah, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us, and washed us from our sins by his blood;
