He returned from following him, and took the yoke of oxen, and killed them, and boiled their flesh with the instruments of the oxen, and gave to the people, and they ate. Then he arose, and went after Eliyahu, and ministered to him.


But Yehoshafat said, Isn't there here a prophet of the LORD, that we may inquire of the LORD by him? One of the king of Yisra'el's servants answered, Elisha the son of Shafat is here, who poured water on the hands of Eliyahu.


But Gechazi the servant of Elisha the man of God, said, Behold, my master has spared this Na`aman the Syrian, in not receiving at his hands that which he brought: as the LORD lives, I will run after him, and take somewhat of him.


The leprosy therefore of Na`aman shall cleave to you, and to your seed forever. He went out from his presence a leper [as white] as snow.


Therefore sent he there horses, and chariots, and a great army: and they came by night, and surrounded the city.


He answered, Don't be afraid; for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.


But as one was felling a beam, the axe head fell into the water; and he cried, and said, Alas, my master! for it was borrowed.


Our God, will you not judge them? for we have no might against this great company that comes against us; neither know we what to do: but our eyes are on you.


There they were in great fear, where no fear was, for God has scattered the bones of him who encamps against you. You have put them to shame, because God has rejected them.


Moshe rose up with Yehoshua, his servant, and Moshe went up onto God's Mountain.


He said to them, *Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?* Then he got up, rebuked the wind and the sea, and there was a great calm.


When they were at Salamis, they proclaimed the word of God in the Jewish synagogues. They had also Yochanan as their attendant.
