let it fall on the head of Yo'av, and on all his father's house; and let there not fail from the house of Yo'av one who has an issue, or who is a leper, or who leans on a staff, or who falls by the sword, or who lacks bread.


The LORD struck the king, so that he was a leper to the day of his death, and lived in a separate house. Yotam the king's son was over the household, judging the people of the land.


Now Na`aman, captain of the army of the king of Syria, was a great man with his master, and honorable, because by him the LORD had given victory to Syria: he was also a mighty man of valor, [but he was] a leper.


you shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them, for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and on the fourth generation of those who hate me,


The LORD said furthermore to him, *Now put your hand inside your cloak.* He put his hand inside his cloak, and when he took it out, behold, his hand was leprous, as white as snow.


You have plowed wickedness. You have reaped iniquity. You have eaten the fruit of lies, for you trusted in your way, in the multitude of your mighty men.


and the Kohen shall examine him. Behold, if there is a white rising in the skin, and it has turned the hair white, and there is raw flesh in the rising,


then the Kohen shall examine it; and behold, if the hair in the bright spot has turned white, and the appearance of it is deeper than the skin; it is leprosy. It has broken out in the burning, and the Kohen shall pronounce him unclean. It is the plague of leprosy.


The cloud removed from over the Tent; and behold, Miryam was leprous, as [white as] snow: and Aharon looked at Miryam, and behold, she was leprous.


She fell down immediately at his feet, and died. The young men came in and found her dead, and they carried her out and buried her by her husband.


Chananyah, hearing these words, fell down and died. Great fear came on all who heard these things.
