The great court round about had three courses of hewn stone, and a course of cedar beams; like as the inner court of the house of the LORD, and the porch of the house.


It was so, that when Shlomo had made an end of praying all this prayer and supplication to the LORD, he arose from before the altar of the LORD, from kneeling on his knees with his hands spread forth toward heaven.


Furthermore he made the court of the Kohanim, and the great court, and doors for the court, and overlaid the doors of them with brass.


He stood before the altar of the LORD in the presence of all the assembly of Yisra'el, and spread forth his hands
