and tore the kingdom away from the house of David, and gave it you; and yet you have not been as my servant David, who kept my mitzvot, and who followed me with all his heart, to do that only which was right in my eyes,


because David did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD, and didn't turn aside from anything that he commanded him all the days of his life, except only in the matter of Uriyah the Chittite.


He did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD, and walked in all the way of David his father, and didn't turn aside to the right hand or to the left.


Asa did that which was good and right in the eyes of the LORD his God:


The LORD was with Yehoshafat, because he walked in the first ways of his father David, and didn't seek the Ba`alim,


but sought to the God of his father, and walked in his mitzvot, and not after the doings of Yisra'el.


He did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD, according to all that David his father had done.


For in the eighth year of his reign, while he was yet young, he began to seek after the God of David his father; and in the twelfth year he began to purge Yehudah and Yerushalayim from the high places, and the Asherim, and the engraved images, and the molten images.


Don't turn to the right hand nor to the left. Remove your foot from evil.


according to the tenor of the law which they shall teach you, and according to the judgment which they shall tell you, you shall do; you shall not turn aside from the sentence which they shall show you, to the right hand, nor to the left.


that his heart not be lifted up above his brothers, and that he not turn aside from the mitzvah, to the right hand, or to the left: to the end that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he and his children, in the midst of Yisra'el.

Only be strong and very courageous, to observe to do according to all the law, which Moshe my servant commanded you. Don't turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may have good success wherever you go.


Therefore be you very courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the scroll of the Torah of Moshe, that you not turn aside from it to the right hand or to the left;
