Be it far from you to do things like that, to kill the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be like the wicked. May that be far from you. Shouldn't the Judge of all the earth do right?*


Be of good courage, and let us play the man for our people, and for the cities of our God: and the LORD do that which seems him good.


but if he say thus, I have no delight in you; behold, here am I, let him do to me as seems good to him.


Then said Chizkiyahu to Yeshaiyahu, Good is the word of the LORD which you have spoken. He said moreover, Isn't it so, if shalom and truth shall be in my days?


Be of good courage, and let us play the man for our people, and for the cities of our God: and the LORD do that which seems him good.


He said, *Naked I came out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return there. The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away. Blessed be the name of the LORD.*


But he said to her, *You speak as one of the foolish women would speak. What? Shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil?* In all this Iyov didn't sin with his lips.


I was mute. I didn't open my mouth, because you did it.


The LORD descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD.


Then Chizkiyahu said to Yeshaiyahu, *The LORD's word which you have spoken is good.* He said moreover, *For there will be shalom and truth in my days.*


Then Yirmeyahu the prophet spoke all these words to Tzidkiyahu king of Yehudah in Yerushalayim,


Then Tzidkiyahu the king sent, and took Yirmeyahu the prophet to him into the third entry that is in the house of the LORD: and the king said to Yirmeyahu, I will ask you a thing; hide nothing from me.


Then Yirmeyahu the prophet said to them, I have heard you; behold, I will pray to the LORD your God according to your words; and it shall happen that whatever thing the LORD shall answer you, I will declare it to you; I will keep nothing back from you.


Why does a living man complain, a man for the punishment of his sins?


Then Moshe said to Aharon, *This is what the LORD spoke of, saying, 'I will show myself holy to those who come near me, and before all the people I will be glorified.'* Aharon held his shalom.


Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time;


The children of Yisra'el said to the LORD, We have sinned: do you to us whatever seems good to you; only deliver us, we pray you, this day.
