It was so, when midday was past, that they prophesied until the time of the offering of the [evening] offering; but there was neither voice, nor any to answer, nor any who regarded.


The king of Yisra'el said to Yehoshafat, I will disguise myself, and go into the battle; but put you on your robes. The king of Yisra'el disguised himself, and went into the battle.


Then the king of Yisra'el gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said to them, Shall I go against Ramot Gil`ad to battle, or shall I forbear? They said, Go up; for the Lord will deliver it into the hand of the king.
