While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them. Behold, a voice came out of the cloud, saying, *This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Listen to him.*


But if I do them, though you don't believe me, believe the works; that you may know and believe that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.*


*You search the Scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life; and these are they which testify about me.


because he has appointed a day in which he will judge the world in righteousness by the man whom he has ordained; of which he has given assurance to all men, in that he has raised him from the dead.*


We are His witnesses of these things; and so also is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.*

He who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. He who doesn't believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given concerning his Son.
