Ho, everyone who thirsts, come you to the waters, and he who has no money; come you, buy, and eat; yes, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.


And also on the servants and on the handmaids in those days, I will pour out my Spirit.


I indeed immerse you in water for repentance, but he who comes after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to carry. He will immerse you in the Holy Spirit.


Yochanan answered them all, *I indeed immerse you with water, but he comes who is mightier than I, the latchet of whose sandals I am not worthy to loosen. He will immerse you in the Holy Spirit and fire,


From his fullness we all received grace upon grace.


I didn't recognize him, but he who sent me to immerse in water, he said to me, 'On whomever you will see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he who immerses in the Holy Spirit.'

It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life.


For Yochanan indeed immersed in water, but you will be immersed in the Holy Spirit not many days from now.*

Or is God the God of Jews only? Isn't he the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also,


He received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had while he was in uncircumcision, that he might be the father of all those who believe, though they be in uncircumcision, that righteousness might also be accounted to them.


and were all immersed into Moshe in the cloud and in the sea;


But before faith came, we were kept in custody under the law, confined for the faith which should afterwards be revealed.


There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Messiah Yeshua.


that the Gentiles are fellow heirs, and fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of his promise in Messiah Yeshua through the Good News,


one Lord, one faith, one immersion,


that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word,


knowing that whatever good thing each one does, he will receive the same again from the Lord, whether he is bound or free.


to whom God was pleased to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Messiah in you, the hope of glory;


where there can't be Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, bondservant, freeman; but Messiah is all, and in all.


This is a symbol of immersion, which now saves you--not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Yeshua the Messiah,
