Thus Noach did. According to all that God commanded him, so he did.


David did so, as the LORD commanded him, and struck the Pelishtim from Geva until you come to Gezer.


It shall be, when you hear the sound of marching in the tops of the mulberry trees, that then you shall go out to battle; for God is gone out before you to strike the army of the Pelishtim.


The fame of David went out into all lands; and the LORD brought the fear of him on all nations.


It happened after this, that there arose war at Gezer with the Pelishtim: then Sibbekhai the Chushatite killed Sippai, of the sons of the Rafa; and they were subdued.


They gave to them the cities of refuge, Shekhem in the hill country of Efrayim with its suburbs; Gezer also with its suburbs,


For the LORD will rise up as on Mount Perazim. He will be angry as in the valley of Giv`on; that he may do his work, his unusual work, and bring to pass his act, his extraordinary act.


If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.


You are my friends, if you do whatever I command you.


His mother said to the servants, *Whatever he says to you, do it.*


They didn't drive out the Kena`anim who lived in Gezer: but the Kena`anim dwell in the midst of Efrayim to this day, and are become servants to do forced labor.
