Now this is the history of the generations of the sons of Noach and of Shem, Cham, and Yefet. Sons were born to them after the flood.


Noach was five hundred years old, and Noach became the father of Shem, Cham, and Yefet.


The LORD said to Noach, *Come with all of your household into the teivah, for I have seen your righteousness before me in this generation.


The sons of Noach who went forth from the teivah were Shem, Cham, and Yefet. Cham is the father of Kena`an.


These three were the sons of Noach, and from these, the whole earth was populated.


All the days of Noach were nine hundred fifty years, then he died.


The sons of Yefet: Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Yavan, and Tuval, and Meshekh, and Tiras.


though these three men, Noach, Daniyel, and Iyov, were in it, they should deliver but their own souls by their righteousness, says the Lord GOD.


As it happened in the days of Noach, even so will it be also in the days of the Son of Man.

By faith, Noach, being warned about things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared a teivah for the saving of his house, through which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.
