Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread. Seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread, as I commanded thee, in the time of the month of new corn, when thou didst come forth out of Egypt. Thou shalt not appear empty before me.

And seeing that it pleased the Jews, he proceeded to take up Peter also. Now it was in the days of the Azymes.


And as soon as he had seen the vision, immediately we sought to go into Macedonia, being assured that God had called us to preach the gospel to them.


And from thence to Philippi, which is the chief city of part of Macedonia, a colony. And we were in this city some days conferring together.


And when they had passed through Mysia, they went down to Troas.


For Paul had determined to sail by Ephesus, lest he should be stayed any time in Asia. For he hasted, if it were possible for him, to keep the day of Pentecost at Jerusalem.


These going before, stayed for us at Troas.


And finding disciples, we tarried there seven days: who said to Paul through the Spirit, that he should not go up to Jerusalem.


And the next day departing, we came to Caesarea. And entering into the house of Philip the evangelist, who was one of the seven, we abode with him.


Where, finding brethren, we were desired to tarry with them seven days: and so we went to Rome.


Paul and Timothy, the servants of Jesus Christ; to all the saints in Christ Jesus, who are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons.


But having suffered many things before, and been shamefully treated (as you know) at Philippi, we had confidence in our God, to speak unto you the gospel of God in much carefulness.


The cloak that I left at Troas, with Carpus, when thou comest, bring with thee, and the books, especially the parchments.
