By for the words of thee thou shalt be acquitted, and by the words of thee thou shalt be condemned.


and not think to say in yourselves: A father we have the Abraham; I say for to you, that is able the God out of the stones these to raise up children to the Abraham.

What then shall we say Abraham the father of us to have found according to flesh?

But will say some one: Thou faith hast, and I works have; show to me the faith of thee without the works of thee, and I will show to thee by the works of me the faith of me.


Do you see, that by works is made righteous a man, and not by faith alone?
