Now consider this, ye that forget God,\par\tab Lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver:


When the boughs thereof are withered, they shall be broken off; the women shall come, and set them on fire; for it is a people of no understanding: therefore he that made them will not have compassion upon them, and he that formed them will show them no favor.\par


And the people shall be oppressed, every one by another, and every one by his neighbor: the child shall behave himself proudly against the old man, and the base against the honorable.


And I will dash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, saith Jehovah: I will not pity, nor spare, nor have compassion, that I should not destroy them.\par


The youth and the old man lie on the ground in the streets;\par\tab My virgins and my young men are fallen by the sword:\par\tab Thou hast slain them in the day of thine anger; thou hast slaughtered, {\i and} not pitied.


Servants rule over us:\par\tab There is none to deliver us out of their hand.


Therefore will I also deal in wrath; mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity; and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them.\par

and I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms; and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the nations; and I will overthrow the chariots, and those that ride in them; and the horses and their riders shall come down, every one by the sword of his brother.


Then I cut asunder mine other staff, even Bands, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.\par


whose possessors slay them, and hold themselves not guilty; and they that sell them say, Blessed be Jehovah, for I am rich; and their own shepherds pity them not.


Then said I, I will not feed you: that which dieth, let it die; and that which is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let them that are left eat every one the flesh of another.


And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great tumult from Jehovah shall be among them; and they shall lay hold every one on the hand of his neighbor, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbor.


For before those days there was no hire for man, nor any hire for beast; neither was there any peace to him that went out or came in, because of the adversary: for I set all men every one against his neighbor.


And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers; lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.\par


And brother shall deliver up brother to death, and the father his child: and children shall rise up against parents, and cause them to be put to death.


But the king was wroth; and he sent his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned their city.


And then shall many stumble, and shall deliver up one another, and shall hate one another.


They therefore cried out, Away with {\i him}, away with {\i him}, crucify him! Pilate saith unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests answered, We have no king but C\'e6sar.


forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they may be saved; to fill up their sins always: but the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.\par


how shall we escape, if we neglect so great a salvation? which having at the first been spoken through the Lord, was confirmed unto us by them that heard;


For judgment {\i is} without mercy to him that hath showed no mercy: mercy glorieth against judgment.\par
