I have not gone back from the commandment of his lips;\par\tab I have treasured up the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.


But his delight is in the law of Jehovah;\par\tab And on his law doth he meditate day and night.


Thy testimonies have I taken as a heritage for ever;\par\tab For they are the rejoicing of my heart.


{\b SAMEKH.}\par\par\tab I hate them that are of a double mind;\par\tab But thy law do I love.


Therefore I love thy commandments\par\tab Above gold, yea, above fine gold.


I will delight myself in thy statutes:\par\tab I will not forget thy word.\par


My soul hath observed thy testimonies;\par\tab And I love them exceedingly.


I have longed for thy salvation, O Jehovah;\par\tab And thy law is my delight.


Thy testimonies also are my delight\par\tab {\i And} my counsellors.\par


Make me to go in the path of thy commandments;\par\tab For therein do I delight.


The law of thy mouth is better unto me\par\tab Than thousands of gold and silver.\par


Unless thy law had been my delight,\par\tab I should then have perished in mine affliction.


I delight to do thy will, O my God;\par\tab Yea, thy law is within my heart.


I have put off my garment; how shall I put it on?\par\tab I have washed my feet; how shall I defile them?


Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be ye dismayed at their revilings.


then the priest shall look; and, behold, if the bright spots in the skin of their flesh be of a dull white, it is a tetter, it hath broken out in the skin; he is clean.


Jesus saith unto them, {\cf6 My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to accomplish his work.


but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.\par


because the mind of the flesh is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can it be:


Wherefore we faint not; but though our outward man is decaying, yet our inward man is renewed day by day.


that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that ye may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inward man;


lie not one to another; seeing that ye have put off the old man with his doings,


{\b For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel\par\tab After those days, saith the Lord;\par\tab I will put my laws into their mind,\par\tab And on their heart also will I write them:\par\tab And I will be to them a God,\par\tab And they shall be to me a people:}


but {\i let it be} the hidden man of the heart, in the incorruptible {\i apparel} of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.
