For in the days of David and Asaph of old there was a chief of the singers, and songs of praise and thanksgiving unto God.


Moreover the Levites: Jeshua, Binnui, Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Judah, {\i and} Mattaniah, who was over the thanksgiving, he and his brethren.


Enter into his gates with thanksgiving,\par\tab And into his courts with praise:\par\tab Give thanks unto him, and bless his name.


Blessed be Jehovah, the God of Israel,\par\tab From everlasting even to everlasting.\par\tab And let all the people say, Amen.\par\tab Praise ye Jehovah.


And let them offer the sacrifices of thanksgiving,\par\tab And declare his works with singing.


I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving,\par\tab And will call upon the name of Jehovah.


Sing unto Jehovah with thanksgiving;\par\tab Sing praises upon the harp unto our God,


Blessed be Jehovah, the God of Israel,\par\tab From everlasting and to everlasting.\par\tab Amen, and Amen.\par


Offer unto God the sacrifice of thanksgiving;\par\tab And pay thy vows unto the Most High;

Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving;\par\tab Let us make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.


For Jehovah hath comforted Zion; he hath comforted all her waste places, and hath made her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of Jehovah; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.\par


the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that say, Give thanks to Jehovah of hosts, for Jehovah is good, for his lovingkindness {\i endureth} for ever; {\i and of them} that bring {\i sacrifices of} thanksgiving into the house of Jehovah. For I will cause the captivity of the land to return as at the first, saith Jehovah.\par


And {\i this city} shall be to me for a name of joy, for a praise and for a glory, before all the nations of the earth, which shall hear all the good that I do unto them, and shall fear and tremble for all the good and for all the peace that I procure unto it.\par


But I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving;\par\tab I will pay that which I have vowed.\par\tab Salvation is of Jehovah.


And bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil {\i one}.


For of him, and through him, and unto him, are all things. To him {\i be} the glory for ever. Amen.\par


Else if thou bless with the spirit, how shall he that filleth the place of the unlearned say the Amen at thy giving of thanks, seeing he knoweth not what thou sayest?


For all things {\i are} for your sakes, that the grace, being multiplied through the many, may cause the thanksgiving to abound unto the glory of God.\par


rooted and builded up in him, and established in your faith, even as ye were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.


And whatsoever ye do, in word or in deed, {\i do} all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.\par


to the only God our Saviour, through Jesus Christ our Lord, {\i be} glory, majesty, dominion and power, before all time, and now, and for evermore. Amen.\par


and the Living one; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive for evermore, and I have the keys of death and of Hades.
