Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth hath Jehovah, the God of heaven, given me; and he hath charged me to build him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Whosoever there is among you of all his people, Jehovah his God be with him, and let him go up.\par

And great hail, {\i every stone} about the weight of a talent, cometh down out of heaven upon men: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof is exceeding great.\par


And men were scorched with great heat: and they blasphemed the name of God who hath the power over these plagues; and they repented not to give him glory.\par


And I gave her time that she should repent; and she willeth not to repent of her fornication.
