And he remembered for them his covenant,\par\tab And repented according to the multitude of his lovingkindnesses.


For Jehovah will judge his people,\par\tab And repent himself concerning his servants.


For in death there is no remembrance of thee:\par\tab In Sheol who shall give thee thanks?


How long, O God, shall the adversary reproach?\par\tab Shall the enemy blaspheme thy name for ever?


Turn again, we beseech thee, O God of hosts:\par\tab Look down from heaven, and behold, and visit this vine,


And the stock which thy right hand planted,\par\tab And the branch that thou madest strong for thyself.


How long, O Jehovah? wilt thou hide thyself for ever?\par\tab {\i How long} shall thy wrath burn like fire?


Wherefore should the Egyptians speak, saying, For evil did he bring them forth, to slay them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth? Turn from thy fierce wrath, and repent of this evil against thy people.


And Jehovah repented of the evil which he said he would do unto his people.


O Jehovah, why dost thou make us to err from thy ways, and hardenest our heart from thy fear? Return for thy servants' sake, the tribes of thine inheritance.


And it shall come to pass, after that I have plucked them up, I will return and have compassion on them; and I will bring them again, every man to his heritage, and every man to his land.


How shall I give thee up, Ephraim? {\i how} shall I cast thee off, Israel? how shall I make thee as Admah? {\i how} shall I set thee as Zeboiim? my heart is turned within me, my compassions are kindled together.


Jehovah repented concerning this: It shall not be, saith Jehovah.\par


Jehovah repented concerning this: This also shall not be, saith the Lord Jehovah.\par


Who knoweth whether God will not turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not?


Therefore thus saith Jehovah: I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies; my house shall be built in it, saith Jehovah of hosts, and a line shall be stretched forth over Jerusalem.


And when it rested, he said, Return, O Jehovah, unto the ten thousands of the thousands of Israel.


For Jehovah will judge his people, And repent himself for his servants; When he seeth that their power is gone, And there is none remaining, shut up or left at large.
