And he hath lifted up the horn of his people,\par\tab The praise of all his saints;\par\tab Even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him.\par\tab Praise ye Jehovah.


But let the righteous be glad; let them exult before God:\par\tab Yea, let them rejoice with gladness.


For thou art the glory of their strength;\par\tab And in thy favor our horn shall be exalted.


Consider, ye brutish among the people;\par\tab And ye fools, when will ye be wise?


The mountains melted like wax at the presence of Jehovah,\par\tab At the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.


How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity?\par\tab And scoffers delight them in scoffing,\par\tab And fools hate knowledge?


O ye simple, understand prudence;\par\tab And, ye fools, be of an understanding heart.


Leave off, ye simple ones, and live;\par\tab And walk in the way of understanding.\par


Then said I, What come these to do? And he spake, saying, These are the horns which scattered Judah, so that no man did lift up his head; but these are come to terrify them, to cast down the horns of the nations, which lifted up their horn against the land of Judah to scatter it.\par


He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, He lifteth up the needy from the dunghill, To make them sit with princes, And inherit the throne of glory: For the pillars of the earth are Jehovah's, And he hath set the world upon them.
