How long will ye vex my soul,\par\tab And break me in pieces with words?


He breaketh in pieces mighty men {\i in ways} past finding out,\par\tab And setteth others in their stead.


For he will stand at the right hand of the needy,\par\tab To save him from them that judge his soul.


Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron;\par\tab Thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.\par


They break in pieces thy people, O Jehovah,\par\tab And afflict thy heritage.


A wise king winnoweth the wicked,\par\tab And bringeth the {\i threshing}-wheel over them.


but with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth; and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.


Behold, my servant, whom I uphold; my chosen, in whom my soul delighteth: I have put my Spirit upon him; he will bring forth justice to the Gentiles.


A bruised reed will he not break, and a dimly burning wick will he not quench: he will bring forth justice in truth.


For the yoke of his burden, and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, thou hast broken as in the day of Midian.
